Innovation and precedence are the College's most prominent characteristics. The College was the first to train teachers in Hebrew, lead the academization process in teacher education in Israel, and was the first to receive full academic validation in all its teacher education programs, and it is one of the first colleges to receive accreditation for Master's degree in Education studies.
The staff is persistently striving to adapt the learning plans to the ever-changing demands of the new era. The learning methods and teaching aids are the most advanced in the country. The College emphasizes technology in education and trains its students to be familiar with data bases and technology enriched environments. Many of the courses attended at the College are technology integrated, and some of them are given through e-learning.
Increased experience in teaching is one of the factors characterizing the College, in addition to unique specializations programs, such as Computers and Mathematics, Children's Literature, Art for Preschoolers, Computers in Education, Special Education and Literature in High-Schools, Education with Animals and other combinations and various specializations.
The College is keeping cooperative relationships with schools and kindergartens (PDS) throughout the country and its graduates are pursued by heads of educational institutes. The College accompanies its graduates with advice, guidance and instruction well into their integration in work places.
